Questions
Can beginners join?
You can, but 2–3 Basics or Hatha classes first will make the pace feel much easier.
Yoga is a movement and breathing practice, not medical treatment. If you are pregnant, injured or unsure about your health, check with your doctor first and always tell your teacher before class.
