Questions
I'm not flexible — can I come?
Of course. Flexibility isn't a requirement — blocks and straps bring every pose to you.
How early should I arrive?
10–15 minutes on your first visit, to check in and have a quick word with your teacher.
Yoga is a movement and breathing practice, not medical treatment. If you are pregnant, injured or unsure about your health, check with your doctor first and always tell your teacher before class.
