Questions
Do I need to know the sequence?
No — your teacher teaches it pose by pose, starting with sun salutations.
Can I really arrive any time?
Yes, within the window — just leave yourself at least 60 minutes to practise.
Yoga is a movement and breathing practice, not medical treatment. If you are pregnant, injured or unsure about your health, check with your doctor first and always tell your teacher before class.
