Questions
How is Hatha different from Vinyasa?
Hatha holds poses with pauses in between; Vinyasa moves continuously with the breath and is quicker.
Yoga is a movement and breathing practice, not medical treatment. If you are pregnant, injured or unsure about your health, check with your doctor first and always tell your teacher before class.
